Jill's Favorite Picks

I often get asked "where are some of your favorite places." In an effort to answer that question, I have put some links below of the spots I loved the most. This is a work in progress, so bear with me.

We shot the following place for our hour long special, Best Of Culinary Vacations, set to air on June 27, 2004 at 9 pm eastern. In it we showcased some of the world's top places where you can learn how to cook. One such place is Epiculinary, is a Chicago-based company that takes people all over the world to learn about the foods, the culture and the cooking of certain regions. On our trip we explored the "secret side of Venice" and navigated the waters in a 52-foot sailboat, visiting the not-so-famous islands that surround the lagoon. Catherine Merrill's company does many trips like this each year--each one special and unique in its own right.
